Although our holiday home accommodates up to 10 people, we can still help you. For additional persons we can recommend some comfortable apartments at walking distance from Kas na Nort.

The rental price includes electricity up to a consumption of 12 KWH per night plus 4 KWH per (paying) person per night and including gas and water. Consideration was given to an average use of the air conditioning during the night hours by two persons per room.
You can use free unlimited internet with our Wifi network.
Cleaning of the house in between (on average 1x per week), bed and linen, tea towels, towels, beach towels, garden and pool maintenance is included.
Not included:
- More than the above mentioned electricity consumption (0.40 Eurocent per KWH). This is deducted from the deposit. The meter reading is recorded in your presence at the beginning and end of your stay.
- Telephone costs: a fixed telephone is available. You can only use this phone for domestic landline calls.
- Pick up / bringing costs from airport.
